DBP puts together medium to long term funds to finance the requirements of industries and projects. DBP assists LGUs and private enterprises in issuing bonds and other capital market instruments to finance their projects. As part of its investment banking activities, the Bank provides financial advisory services to GOCCs and participate in loan syndications and underwriting for specific GOCCs and private firms with good financials using ODA funds.
