Head, Treasury
Ms. Quirino has been in charge of the overall functions of the
Treasury group, specifically reserves and liquidity management,
trading, and treasury and financial products management since
June 2005. She also manages the Bank's required reserves and overall
funds position and recommends risk management guidelines for both
peso and dollar transactions.
Aside from her vast experience in treasury operations, Ms. Quirino
has had exposure in DBP's comptroller and industrial restructuring
and research groups. She was finance and administration chief
of the Department of Trade and Industry-National Capital Region
prior to joining DBP.
