Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Garcia has headed the DBP's Financial Resource and Wholesale
Banking sectors, executing management and overall planning directions
for treasury operations and wholesale lending operations.
A former DBP comptroller, Mr. Garcia also prepared integrated
bank-wide financial plans and budgets for the control of operations.
Prior to his joining the DBP, he served as vice president of
Philippine Banking Corporation, where he was in charge of the
corporate planning department and preparation of the bank's annual
financial plans and budgets.
