Individual Current Account Requirements:
- Referral from DBP officer / employee
- Two (2) copies of signature cards
- Two (2) latest 1" x 1" ID pictures
- Two (2) valid and unexpired IDs with one photocopy each
- For joint accounts, Joint Account Agreement Form
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Withholding Tax Form
- For In-Trust-For (ITF) account for children 5 years old and below, photocopy of birth certificate
- ATM application form (optional)
- Interview by a Cash Management (CM) / Branch Officer
- Customer Record Form
- Minimum intital deposit is P5,000.00

Corporate Current Account Requirements:
- Referral from a DBP Officer/Employee
- Two ( 2 ) copies of signature cards duly authenticated by the Corporate Secretary / DBP Account Officer
- Certified true copy of Articles of Incorporation / Association
- By-laws or statutes along with the Certificate of Registration with appropriate government agency.
- Certified true copy of Board Resolution and duly notarized Secretary's Certificate authorizing the opening of the account with DBP, (a) designating the authorized signatories and (b) defining the extent of their authority
- Two (2) latest 1" x 1" ID pictures of each authorized signatory
- Customer Record Form
- Company Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Latest Annual Report
- Interview by a Cash Management (CM) / Branch Officer
- Minimum Initial deposit
